#LearnSustainability: PPM levels

For the first time in history, the planet has exceeded 400 parts of carbon dioxide per million particles of air (PPM). The global average corresponds to the year 2015, although in previous years there were some locations where this negative register was already beaten.

At the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, the PPM level was 278, so we have almost doubled the amount of CO₂ in the atmosphere, which directly affects global warming.
