Fruits are an essential component of our diet. It is recommended to eat two to three pieces a day, as they provide the necessary vitamins for the day and are also an ideal moisturizing and energy supplement.

Whenever possible it is preferable to eat seasonal fruits. Why do we make this recommendation? Here are some reasons:

  • It is more sustainable because it generates less CO2 emissions than the fruit transported from another growing area
  • It is more tasty because it hasn’t grown in a greenhouse, where they would lose some of its flavor
  • It is healthier because it comes from organic and natural production
